Return & Exchange Policy Haus of Hetal (Operated under the business name Hausofhetal) Effective Date: 03 December 2025

At Haus of Hetal, we take utmost care to deliver perfect pieces to you. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to assist you subject to the conditions mentioned below. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

  1. No Cancellation or Refund Once an order is placed and confirmed, we do not accept any cancellation or offer any refunds under any circumstances.
  2. No Return/Exchange for Size Issues We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size-related issues. We strongly recommend checking our detailed size chart and, when in doubt, ordering one size larger.
  3. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Any Claim Every claim (damage, defect, missing item, or wrong product) will be entertained only if you provide a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment the courier hands over the sealed parcel till the product is fully revealed. Videos recorded after opening the parcel or edited videos will not be accepted.

  5. Resolution for Valid Claims
    • If the claim is found valid after verification, we will ship a replacement of the same product at no extra cost.
    • If the same product/size is out of stock, you may choose any other available product of the same or higher value (you will have to pay the difference if the new product is of higher value).
    • Cash refunds or wallet credits are not provided under any circumstances.
    • Replacement will be dispatched within 5–12 working days from the date we receive the returned defective product back at our warehouse.
  6. Colour/Finish Variations Being an online brand, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or photographic effects. Such variations are not considered defects, and no return/exchange will be accepted for the same.
  7. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Products
    • Customised or altered products
    • Sale or discounted items
    • Products used, washed, or without original packaging & tags
  8. Important Note Kindly record the unboxing video for every order. Without a clear unboxing video, we will not be able to process any query or claim. This is to protect both you and us from transit-related issues.
