Shipping Policy Haus of Hetal (Operated under the business name Hausofhetal) Effective Date: 03 December 2025

We strive to deliver your beautiful co-ord sets, kurtis, and dresses as quickly and safely as possible. Please go through the details below:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (India)

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING across India on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹100 (or as displayed at checkout) will apply.
  • Dispatch Time: 1–5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: 5–12 working days from the date of dispatch (depending on your location and courier partner).
  • The above timelines are indicative and may get delayed during sales, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).

RETURN/REPLACEMENT SHIPPING (Only for Verified Damage/Defect Cases)

  • In case of a genuine and verified manufacturing damage/defect (with valid unboxing video), we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your location.
  • If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area, you may courier the product back to us, and we will reimburse the actual courier charges (maximum ₹200 per order) within 5–7 working days of receiving the parcel.

MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO An uninterrupted, clear unboxing video (from the moment the sealed parcel is received from the courier until the product and all accessories are fully revealed) is compulsory for processing any damage, defect, wrong product, or missing item claims. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.

NON-DELIVERY / FAILED DELIVERY Haus of Hetal or our logistics partners shall not be held responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Wrong or unreachable contact number/email
  • Customer not available to receive the parcel after multiple delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the parcel or pay applicable customs duties (for international orders)
  • Parcel unclaimed and returned to origin after being held at the courier facility

In such cases, reshipping (if requested) will be done only after payment of additional shipping charges by the customer.
